"There's a thread that you follow. It goes among things that change. But it doesn't change. People wonder about what you are pursuing. You have to explain about the thread. But it's hard for others to see. While you hold it, you can't get lost. Tragedies happen, people get hurt or die; and you suffer and get old. Nothing you can do can stop time's unfolding. You don't ever let go of the thread." -William Stafford
Trying to hold on to my thread over here. Keeping my heart focused on my journey. my path. my story. leaping. over the abyss. of my fears. lacking. & insecurities.

you are so brave! every moment you spend revisiting the shadows of the past or unravelling fears of the future can help bring you into your own light...your thread of love and creativity holds you to life as strong as spider silk however stretched it feels...
the joyful travels and happy return to your new home perhaps break some beliefs someone tried to impress on you as a child, and so a reaction has set in now - but you can respond, untangle and reground: you believe in better for your lovely tara and as her mother you can give yourself permission to leave behind limiting beliefs, to spend time cleaning and healing old wounds - you are so worth it!
i've just moved and am having to look at piles of boxes i can't move because of fibromyalgia...at last i am learning it is ok to get out my art tools and play, even though there is work to be done...
